Klaviyo: Product Reviews

We have been very happy with Klaviyo! Helps us keep our reviews honest and be able to post with integrity. Thank you!

I use Klaviyo for my email flows, but adding reviews in was a Game Changer. I just love having everything in the same place, and I have seen a significant increase in the reviews left by my customers.

Great reviews app, however, its missing one crucial feature that is preventing us from completely migrating our reviews to Klaviyo. You can not show Klaviyos reviews in Shop app.

Klaviyo as a company have awful customer service, look at Trust pilot reviews! The is no phone support and chat support send you links that do not solve the issue. Not much support at all. Shame as their business model is good but other competitors are getting much better. Look elsewhere for your whole package before signing with Klaviyo for anything!

Unable to sync with Shopify despite uninstalling and re-installing app several times. The message I keep getting is "Something is a amiss..."

Klaviyo reviews is a no brainer to add on to the Klaviyo services. Seamless to install and has the most important features - easy customer experience, Q&A, linking similar products, etc. The most important part of any app is the support available, and the Klaviyo team is awesome to work with. Any question that comes up is supported through chat and documentation. Highly recommend this app!

The app works really well, is easy to use, and is fully integrated with Klaviyo marketing. We use Pagefly so we had to integrate the Klaviyo Reviews using HTML/Liquid. Even though it works without any problems, I hope Klaviyo implements a standard integration with Pagefly in the future.

Rating this a one star due to the pricing plans. We use Klaviyo for SMS + Email marketing and would have LOVED to use this feature. We currently have Loox at $34.99 a month. The Klaviyo plan we would use would be $90 a month, which can significantly increase to $125 and so forth, based on the orders.

Unable to manage reviews as I continue to get a 502 when I open the app.

This app and service will be brilliant, when it's completely ready. Now it lacks a lot of translations, such as Finnish, which means it cannot be used in local shops. Would also like the possibility to do custom CSS to match the widget with the webshops design. Thank you Klaviyo for creating this. Will look forward to it when it's more complete. And if you need help with translations to Finnish or Swedish, let me know :)

Tried the app, as the price and integration with Klaviyo Emails was attractive. Really like the simple offering of both the apps and it only makes sense for Klaviyo to offer a reviews app. With that said, the app is still not robust enough for us to switch over. There needs to be more design, customizations available in order to fit in with our stores (like not having grey divider lines). There also needs to be more customization availability for review form. It's pretty basic. Will gladly make the switch later on once the app is better improved to compete with other apps like Loox.
