Klaviyo Reviews

This app and service will be brilliant, when it's completely ready. Now it lacks a lot of translations, such as Finnish, which means it cannot be used in local shops. Would also like the possibility to do custom CSS to match the widget with the webshops design. Thank you Klaviyo for creating this. Will look forward to it when it's more complete. And if you need help with translations to Finnish or Swedish, let me know :)

Tried the app, as the price and integration with Klaviyo Emails was attractive. Really like the simple offering of both the apps and it only makes sense for Klaviyo to offer a reviews app. With that said, the app is still not robust enough for us to switch over. There needs to be more design, customizations available in order to fit in with our stores (like not having grey divider lines). There also needs to be more customization availability for review form. It's pretty basic. Will gladly make the switch later on once the app is better improved to compete with other apps like Loox.

I was so happy that Klaviyo announced this feature! The price plan is awesome, the settings are easy to understand and it works well on every theme I believe. What's still missing is that the reviews don't display the uploaded pictures from the customer. This is a big miss because most of the time the image is more important than the entire review. Another thing that is not working well is when you use the all reviews widget they are not displayed chronologically. It's literally mixing new and old reviews which from the customer end may look strange. I know the feature is new, and that's why I wanted to share my feedback. I hope the Klaviyo team will fix those main things! We love Klaviyo and I really like their decision to create this feature!

Enthusiastic about the idea of consolidating all emails and even reviews on Klaviyo. But not yet able to put it in another language ... When will this be available?

Solid solution if you have klaviyo/shopify ecosystem for earning reviews and increasing customer retention. The review flows are easy to setup and have become one of our top converting flows. Responsive support team as well. Looking forward to future functionality like collection page integration and more notifications options.

It's all about getting reviews, the way that this is integrated with our emails and allows customers to rate in the email makes all the difference. Going from a few reviews to consistently receiving emails has been a game-changer for us. Excited to see what comes next for the app.

Easy setup, great support, simple to use, it just works! The integrations with Klaviyo's other products are also very seamless - it's great to get reviews and email under one roof.

We transitioned to Klaviyo Reviews from Yotpo about ten months ago looking for additional customization options and couldn't be happier with the platform. Set-up was easy and the email flow has been one of our most engaged since shortly after launch. A big leg-up was Reviews' integration with Klaviyo for email and SMS. Before Reviews we were confined to a template with few customization options, now our request for reviews matches our brand's look and feel. We've also been able to A/B test sends to get the most out of our requests for reviews. If you're already using Klaviyo for email marketing Reviews is a no-brainer.

Collecting way more reviews than we did with yotpo for a fraction of the price. Delivery triggered review request is actually very nice. Super easy to use with online store 2.0

I transferred to Klaviyo Reviews from Reviews.io and I am IN LOVE. I have tested out many different review platforms and this one is by far the best. The setup is lightning-fast, the branding is beautiful, the features do exactly what you need them to do, and the customer support is phenomenal. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Klaviyo reviews is great because it's clean and easy to use. Their pricing is the best in the market and I'm confident the upcoming features will be top notch. Their app is still fairly new but if you are also using Klaviyo as an email/sms service it's a no brainer to use them as a review service also. Highly recommend!

We had given a bad review a few months ago because there were no translations. But it was dealt with very quickly. We were also contacted about the matter. After a few weeks, the issue was already implemented. Great! Really great. That's why we've subsequently raised the rating to 4 stars. We don't give it 5 stars because it is relatively expensive. Too bad, otherwise we would definitely have bought it.

Rather limited options to change style, e.g. Font-style, font-size, size of stars. Reviews don't seem to be synced back to Shopify so you have to replace the original shopify rating-stars (the Klaviyo stars are way too large, you also can not change this). In general great ideas about functionality features.

Good review app, easy to integrate with Shopify and Klaviyo flows. It's great that we can send individual links to products for customers to review based on the order that they placed.

Fulfilled is working great. So far it is functioning seamlessly within our Shopify site and producing one of our most engaging flows in Klaviyo. It's typically like pulling teeth to get our customers to leave a review, so very surprised at the response and number of reviews we're now receiving!
