I have switched from app to app to app trying to find something that works. I absolutely love Klaviyo! I am able to do more with my Shopify store than I ever imagined by using Klaviyo, and I love that they offer training on all that they can do. It's been a game changer for me. I now do all my email marketing, capture reviews, offer dynamic discounts and so much more with Klaviyo. I am a very small retail business, but I know I can scale with Klaviyo, which is really important. It's truly the best app that I've used since switching to Klaviyo two years ago. It's a game changer.

Really appreciate Klaviyo Reviews. I switched over (from Judge Me) when this first became available and I have been very happy with everything. I was never able to get customers to leave reviews with Judge Me, but after switching I have been able to collect reviews consistently.

Better functionality and features than the other big review apps I've tried in the past. And the most important is that it has gotten us WAAAY more reviews than ever before which is wild. It makes me think that the other review app we were using either wasn't sending the emails, or due to the potential "spaminess" of their email format/sending settings, the review request emails were going to spam. Either way, we are VERY pleased with this app and appreciate it's current budget-friendly pricing.

Works great every time! We moved from Judge.me and I would never look back. There are a few missing features right now, but based on the rate of updates, I bet it is only a matter of time before I get exactly what I need.

I love Klaviyo reviews! I've always loved Klaviyo for email marketing so when they brought out the reviews and jumped on board. I have gone through multiple different review platforms and was never really a fan, but loving it so far. I'm not even really utilising it to it's full potential yet so can't wait to get more involved with it. Happy customer keep up the great work Klaviyo :)

For people that get access, it seems this tool is great. Unfortunately, any security protocols what so ever block klaviyo reviews. 70% of my web traffic is from mobile browers, safari or firefox inherently do not work for klaviyo embeds be it reviews or sign ups. Thus, if your customers use apple devices or firefox based browsers, this tool will not work for your site
