Klaviyo Reviews

The customization available to us has been a game-changer this year. More than doubled our business and implementing Klaviyo was a big piece of that puzzle. Highly recommend.

Klaviyo is a very good app and relatively easy to use.

My only regret is that I didn't hear of it sooner.

We were way behind the curve on reviews, the Klayvio Reviews app was easy to implement and has helped attract a good response in a short space of time. Would definitely recommend!

Unable to trial due to instal errors and faulty import. We're klaviyo customers for email/sms and interested in having email/sms with tight reviews integration. For Klaviyo prices and quality expectation this is a let down. The app doesn't appear to be ready for release at all. App won't connect to store - receive error message when attempting to make initial connection. Import of Yotpo reviews does not work. Tried multiple times on different sessions. Simply sits on Klaviyo import page. No error message or successful upload. I've tried to set this up a twice on different days. No issues trying other reviews apps during same time frame. Not a good sign from Klaviyo considering their pricing and positioning. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come. :(

Works great. Pricing jumps up BIG time when you go from less than 250/ month and up so be aware.

La solution est vraiment bien avec une version gratuite pour les petites boutiques. Parfaitement intégré à la suite Klaviyo pour une utilisation vraiment simple. Et pas mal d'évolutions depuis le début de notre utilisation (2 mois).

Excellent integration with Shopify, and workflow design is the same as standard email flows, which makes all the Klaviyo tools familiar and easy to use in conjunction. Simplifies the app-stack integrated with Shopify also.

Easy to use and have definitely seen a lift in sales from it.

It's ALMOST perfect, and has come 1000 miles since we first evaluated it early this year. Several key features we requested at that time have been implemented, which precipitated our switch from another popular reviews app. The integration with Klaviyo email is a huge differentiator for this product. The ONE feature that would make this a 5: In the widget for a full Reviews web page, it doesn't show the store's response to the reviews. This is crucial in mitigating the impact of negative reviews. Will be happy to upgrade this to a 5-star when that feature is added. (Edited): It's been six months and no change. This feature is crucial. Downgrading to 3.

We've used this software at multiple companies that I've worked for. It checks all the boxes. Customer support can be hit or miss. There are really good CSR's and then there are ones that need assistance. For the more difficult issues, I would ask for Tracy N. She's as good as it gets and actually opened my eyes to more functions that klaviyo could do than I initially understood.

Great visibility and easy to use

the best email marketing for e-commerce period end of story. it is 5/5 on its own but their customer service makes it a 10/5. theyre incredible. don't waste your time with any other email marketing service if you're an ecommerce store. this is the one you want
