I am finding this app really useful in gathering valuable insights from our customers. Installation and survey set-up is easy, as it making updates to the surveys. I'd recommend.

keeps logging me out inspite of successful payments and support takes aaaages to respond - even for super urgent issues.

Unbelievably responsive team. They set us up the week before black friday, head of CS was on calls with us right before Thanksgiving. Can't think of a smoother implementation. One of my favorite if not favorite SaaS providers to date.

Knocommerce has been a huge asset to our business in understanding what drives purchases from new and returning customers. The audience filter also enables us to understand how this differs from market to market, would recommend!

Incredibly useful. There is no better source of truth than your own customers and KNO does it in a clean and customizable way. And if you ever have questions, they're great at helping you figure out how to do what you want to do. Great tool!
