Utilizing a post-purchase survey is an essential component of our analytics toolkit. Knocommerce has proven to be the most user-friendly and effortless platform to integrate. KNO is easily the best value app on the Shopify store. We get so many insights from our customers through various post-purchase surveys, NPS, and general surveys with our customers timed across their journey. These insights govern many of the decisions we make daily. KNO is a must-have for every Shopify brand.
KNO isn't just a shopify app I like using ... it's a non-negotiable to have on our store. This is especially the case for us because we have a long consideration window, so while the lot MTA click data we get from our attribution tool is helpful, it's not the end-all story to inform our first touch channel efficiency. KNO has helped us understand our media mix, consideration lag, who people are buying for, and much much more. And I still feel like i've only tapped into 15% of what this tool is capable of. And on top of that, their customer success team is incredible. They don't only help you use the tool to implement ideas we bring to them, but they also bring strategic ideas to us. Overall, great tech and great support. I HIGHLY recommend KNO!
The Knocommerce tool and team are amazing. We're able to grab valuable insights in a dynamic way. My favorite part is how customizable it is with the way that it integrates with Shopify and pulls in customer data - we've been using it for post-purchase and for surveying our customers. It even allows you to give dynamic coupon codes seamlessly!
i've been in ecomm for a while (scaling brands from $5m to $300m) and just got introduced to kno. it's hands down the easiest to use survey tool i've experienced, with seamless placement post purchase in shopify, a great standalone experience for any survey you'd want to conduct, allows you to direct customer to review products, effortlessly sends attributes back to klaviyo to automate followups. you have no excuse to not get feedback from your customers when tools like this are out there.
An excellent product with even more excellent service. I enjoy working with the Kno commerce team every day. The information their surveys enable drive so much of our marketing and knowledge.

We are a small e-commerce business and have been using just one form on the thank you page (free version for now) and it's been great. Integration was straightforward and it's working effectively as expected and all for free, in the future, if we need more forms, we will opt for the premium version. Thanks, developer, good work!
A vital app for any bootstrapped or data-driven company. Installed this app before we launched our site so that we could gain 1st party data and insights from our first purchase. One of the best we've made to date. Knowing the discovery channels, how long they knew about our brand before purchasing, and why they nearly didn't buy has helped us make better planning, financial, and marketing decisions. Customer support has been outstanding, and built in automation has saved us hours of time. One example would be: Having a few customers using "other" and typing in Reddit as the discovered channel in our survey. We added Reddit as its own checkbox and all of our previous survey data automatically updated to reflect Reddit as the selection, no longer "other".
KnoCommerce has been brilliant since we moved over from another survey tool. The support has been amazing from a technical and strategic aspect. The insights provided are invaluable. Highly recommend!

The feature in the paid plan is not working (Add survey answers as a tag to the order) . Customer support said "I have passed this along to our dev team, and it looks like they think that this feature needs to be rebuilt. I don't have an estimate as far as what that would look like"
As you are probably aware we've reached out to try to resolve this for you, so at this point I'll just respond here. :) Landon and I discussed - this wasn't well worded, and for that we apologize. What we were trying to communicate is that we're rebuilding the Shopify tagging integration, and it will be re-launching in March 2023. We don't have an exact date yet, but it's coming in March 2023. I love this platform. It's great for collecting first party data and seeing how that changes over time or by channel. The support is some of the best I've experienced as well.
