really poor support alot of bugs

It occurs when orders haven’t been fulfilled yet and is designed to ensure transactions are processed at the correct time. Very poor experience with Koin. Support is never online, customization is basically nonexistent, and the app looks ugly and outdated. Not usable for a serious or premium Shopify store. Would not recommend.

The special credit for designated products can only be selected product by product. We would like to be able to select multiple products at once.

I can't say enough good things about this app and Ginny! The app works great, and whatever questions or help I needed setting it up, Ginny was very patient, knowledgeable and quick to address my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Koin app!

Very useful app and the support team are very helpful, and they respond very fast
