Consider the very first marketplace in the name of the app is Etsy, you would think that you would be able to import Etsy reviews. Instead the only free 'marketplace' you can import reviews from is Facebook. Hardly a marketplace that any business really collects reviews from. To get access to marketplaces you have to pay a ridiculous $19.99 a month. Completely ridiculous.

There are several other features that come along with the $19.99 pricing including the ability to add photo reviews, enable Google Rich Snippets, Campaigns feature in soliciting reviews, coupons, just to mention a few. Additionally, you're able to connect other social channels apart from Etsy like Google, Amazon and Yelp. We're sorry to hear that getting all the mentioned features and more is completely ridiculous.
