Revised feedback: These people will work hard for you. The request I made in the review earlier today (see below) has already been implemented. I asked for the review stars to appear above the description on the product listing, with the main body of the reviews below the product, and with a smooth scroll from top to bottom. They did this within a very short time today. This is a top notch group of people who work hard to make their app one of the best available. Earlier review: This is a nifty little app and the customer service has been excellent! I especially like that readers of reviews can note whether a product review was helpful or not (with a thumbs up or a thumbs down). And a customer can leave a review for their overall satisfaction with the site, not just a product. Selom and Kena have been so patient with me and answered all my questions in record time. And right now I'm just on the free plan, but they have treated me like a paying customer! The only issue I have (and it's a small one) is that product review stars aren't displayed at the top of each product listing. I want to add that using the display widgets is very easy and the admin panel for this app is intuitive and works great. Thanks!
