Amazing customer service! I e-mailed the company with a question about installation on a Saturday afternoon expecting to hear back by Monday. I got an answer within 5 minutes. The rep explained everything to me and even took over the installation for me instantly. I couldn't believe the quality of customer service from a free app. I compared a lot of the review apps and this one seems to be the only one that has all the features I'm looking for. Just started playing around with it and so far it looks and works great.
