I am very pleased with Kudobuzz's customer service. I give it a five-star rating because their customer service rep helped me migrate to the new version and resolve the technical glitches in a very prompt and courteous manner, despite the fact that I am not very technically savvy. This contrasts with a lot of services nowadays that are impersonal or down right non-responsive. I have not tested other testimonial apps but am quite pleased with the way it shows up on my site.
