doesn't actually communicate with kunaki ,i wonder if it ever works ?? can it get the shipping info at all ?? helpdesk is useless , is there a way to get support ??

Excellent! The Kunakify app works really well. All it takes is a few clicks and your products are printed and shipped! Customer support solved the brief problem I had.

If you have any problems with the app, Simon will get you situated!! He really understands the issues and gets to the bottom of it within hours. The quick and brief responds also makes you feel like you're heard, and not just wasting your time wondering if you're going to get the help and answers you need. As for the App, it does a great job connecting the order to Kunaki and doesn't require any rocket science. 5 stars on my end.

I've been using Kunaki and Kunakify for about 2 years now to print a single On Demand DVD for my customers, ordered through Shopify. It has been a seamless experience thanks to Kunakify. Kunaki's bare-bones interface is certainly less daunting with the help of Kunakify, and Kunakify's customer service provided by Simon is hands down one of the best on the internet. I recently had an issue due to changes I made and Simon had me cheerfully and painlessly up and running in less than 24 hours. Since I am not up to speed on the ever-changing technologies, this type of prompt, efficient and courteous assistance is a rare godsend. If you need on-demand disc printing purchased through Shopify, pretty sure Kunaki is the only one out there offering it at an excellent price per unit. Kunakify will keep your orders flowing seamlessly so that all *you have to do is deposit your payouts. :) A great App for sure!

Kunaki seems to be the only Press on Demand disc service that can be connected to Shopify and Kunakify, as far as I know, is the only app that connects them. Kunaki itself (not owned by the same folks as Kunakify) has a woefully outdated UI. But Kunakify has a simple, modern, easy to use interface that pretty much just works. And any time I have had suggestions to make it better, the developers have taken it to heart and implemented those features in short order. The only thing you need to be aware of is that Kunaki will delete your products if they are not ordered once every few months or so. Again, that is not an issue with this app -Kunakify just passes the orders to Kunaki- but you should make sure to order your own product once in a while if no one else does, just to keep it alive. Anyway, I think there is always room for improvement with any piece of software, but I am giving it 5 stars because it does what it sets out to do and because the developers are super responsive to feature requests that make sense. The only thing I can think of that would make it better is if it could be used to create products in Kunaki as well so that we do not have to use the Kunaki UI at all. Hope that helps!

I have been wanting to use and install this app for several years; however, didn't have enough of a catalog in place and wasn't 100% sure about the difference between Kunakify and Kunaki.com. After emailing customer support, Simon was extremely helpful and hands on with his help. Excited to see what the first order brings and where this can go. Great app, great service!

Simon and the team are terrific and responsive. They took extra time to help us with technical issues on our end. The products look professional and the ease of ordering makes Kunaki our supplier for all of our films’ Blu-ray and DVDs. Not having to store inventory at our location is an added bonus.

No customer service to speak of, not Mac friendly, which is kind of been saying for anyone in the music business, and just overall a completely unsatisfying experience I strongly urge you to avoid this app at all cost. I have nothing good to say about them.

We are the Kunakify app which automatically sends your Shopify order to Kunaki.com to print/press/ship automatically. We are not connected with Kunaki.com in any other way. We just use them daily for our biz and so created this much needed app. I believe your review is based on them rather than this app? We have great customer support and work on Mac computers. -Update: The supply chain issue happened to be with kunaki.com, which operates independently of the app itself. Simon of kunakify went above and beyond to help me through the situation and I admire the dedication to customer satisfaction. I can't speak for kunaki.com yet but the team over at the kunakify app is great and responsive!- This app is garbage and the other reviews are bots. The UI is wonky and outdated, and they are NOT doing Vinyl orders, despite advertising it.
Not exactly fair. The UI could do with a refresh yes BUT is functional. It's Kunaki.com NOT us that have temporarily stopped vinyl production due to the world supply shortages. They will be back soon. Oh and every review is 100% genuine. You can look up the stores and contact them to confirm if you want! Simon - Kunakify.

I have had a great experience with Kunakify. I am not tech savvy. And very new to online selling. It has been a very easy process. When I did need help, I reached out, received instant feedback and was given a solution. This is making my life so much easier!

Very cool app, especially if you need to automate the CD sales! Probably the only solution on the market for that, so definitely a must!
