We are pleased with the onboarding of GoKwik products for Kymee Jewellery. The integration process was smooth, with minimal downtime, and the checkout experience, particularly for COD orders, has improved significantly. The GoKwik support team was responsive and helpful during setup. However, we noticed occasional delays in real-time order sync, and more detailed documentation or training sessions would help us utilize advanced features effectively. Overall, we are satisfied with the onboarding process and believe GoKwik will positively impact our conversions and customer experience. We look forward to continued support in addressing these minor issues for a seamless experience.
