We onboarded GoKwik Engage expecting a premium customer engagement platform. Instead, we were left questioning where the premium pricing actually goes. Our biggest disappointment was the customer support. Once the onboarding phase was over, it felt like getting timely assistance became an uphill battle. Every issue turned into multiple follow-ups, reminders, and waiting. Instead of proactive support, we experienced constant back-and-forth with no real ownership of problems. For a platform charging premium prices, this level of service was simply unacceptable. The platform itself didn't justify its cost either. The WhatsApp engagement and campaign performance fell well below our expectations. Despite investing significant money, the open rates and overall engagement were disappointing for our business. While results naturally vary by audience and campaign, we expected far better value from a solution positioned as an enterprise-grade platform. What made the experience even more frustrating was the repeated requests for changes from different team members. Rather than understanding our requirements upfront, it often felt like feedback was coming in bits and pieces, forcing us into endless revisions and repeated conversations that could have been avoided. The most surprising part came when we requested a refund of the unused wallet balance. Throughout our time as a customer, getting meaningful support felt difficult. Yet, the moment we asked for a refund, suddenly a dedicated point of contact was assigned and communication became much more active. Instead of simply processing the refund in a timely manner, we were repeatedly asked what went wrong, why we wanted to leave, what could have been done differently, and several other questions over multiple follow-ups. While customer feedback is valuable, it felt like more effort was being invested in delaying or questioning the refund request than in providing the level of support we had been asking for all along. Ironically, the urgency that appeared once we wanted our money back was nowhere to be seen when we needed actual assistance as a paying customer. If that same level of responsiveness had been shown while we were actively using the platform, our experience might have been completely different. Pricing is another major concern. GoKwik Engage positions itself as a premium solution, but the return on investment simply wasn't there for us. When you combine high subscription costs with average campaign performance, disappointing engagement metrics, and inconsistent customer support, it becomes extremely difficult to justify the expense. To fellow Shopify merchants, I strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence before signing up. Ask existing merchants—not just the references provided during the sales process—about post-sales support, response times, actual campaign performance, refund policies, and overall value for money. A polished sales pitch is one thing; the day-to-day experience is what really matters. Every business has different requirements, and your experience may differ from ours. However, based on our experience, GoKwik Engage failed to deliver on the three things that matter most: reliable customer support, value for money, and performance that justifies its premium pricing. For us, the most disappointing takeaway was this: when we needed support, we struggled to get timely assistance. When we asked for our wallet refund, suddenly there was urgency, a dedicated point of contact, and endless conversations. We would have preferred that same energy had been invested in helping us succeed while we were still customers.

I had a great onboarding experience with Tanmay. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and easy to follow. I recently onboarded with GoKwik Engage & Pass, and my onboarding experience was excellent. Tanmoy, the onboarding lead, was very supportive, responsive, and always available whenever I needed help. The support so far has been great. The main reason I chose this platform for our brand, Attire Dot, was its abandoned checkout recovery and lead conversion capabilities. Since the platform fee is on the higher side, I'm expecting it to deliver good conversions and ROI. If it helps us achieve that, I'll happily update my rating to 5 stars. Otherwise, I'll revise my review based on the results. Overall, a great onboarding and support experience so far.
