Had a very smooth and positive onboarding experience with Kartikey from GoKwik. He was extremely helpful in migrating us from our old software to GoKwik without any hassle. Kartikey also set up and made all our automations live seamlessly, ensuring everything was running perfectly from day one. Great app with excellent onboarding & support We’ve implemented KwikEngage across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, and the experience so far has been very smooth. The platform makes it much easier to manage conversations and set up structured automations across channels. We’ve also recently started using KwikPass, and it’s looking very promising — excited to see how it performs as we scale. A special mention to Kartikey for the onboarding and support. He was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough in guiding us through the setup and ensuring everything was aligned with our requirements. Overall, a great experience with both the product and the team.

Great experience with Kwik Engage so far. The onboarding was smooth, and the platform makes WhatsApp automation and custom flows easy to set up. Special shoutout to Rahul Kumar from Kwik Engage, he was extremely helpful in setting up our automations and custom workflows and was always quick to respond whenever we needed help.
