KwikEngage: Whatsapp Marketing

I recently onboarded with GoKwik Engage & Pass, and my onboarding experience was excellent. Tanmoy, the onboarding lead, was very supportive, responsive, and always available whenever I needed help. The support so far has been great. The main reason I chose this platform for our brand, Attire Dot, was its abandoned checkout recovery and lead conversion capabilities. Since the platform fee is on the higher side, I'm expecting it to deliver good conversions and ROI. If it helps us achieve that, I'll happily update my rating to 5 stars. Otherwise, I'll revise my review based on the results. Overall, a great onboarding and support experience so far.

The agents have been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the onboarding process. They have guided us patiently and made the setup smooth and easy to understand. The overall experience with the support team has been great. However, we faced a few issues during the trial period, which they have resolved.
