I had a word with rahul kumar from kwikengage support team, He recently helped me resolve an issue where my newly created segments were not appearing for my WhatsApp campaigns. He also provided excellent assistance and clarity on how to properly create segments and how to enable the "Type STOP to unsubscribe" option.
