I have interacted with Sweety Rai, for my onboarding process - Kwik Engage and Kwik Pass. She has got a lot of clarity and explains use cases in depth and with patience. The overall experience has been good. Their shopify integration and related features are better than other WhatsApp APIs... Recommend it for that. Thank you.
