sales team need some better communication skills// i wonder how every time they can miscommunicate @ rahul patel And of course, the ads team... they don't take any responsibility either. No results after spending 2 months with them and wasting money on Meta too...
Gokwik has not been able to do simple installation on our store, Their incompetence to implement simple checkout button is reflected by passing the blame on external app either pagepilot or flybundle. They have lack of sense of urgency, migrating from sr checkout to gokwik is the biggest mistake of mine.
We purchased Kwipass and Kwikk Engage for our two brands, and the support provided by Vishnu Teja Sir was excellent throughout the process. He was responsive, professional, and guided us properly with the setup and integration requirements. His prompt assistance and dedication made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The service itself has potential, but the support experience has been disappointing. I’ve been stuck on an issue for over two weeks without a proper resolution. Hoping they improve their response time and customer support quality.
Excellent customer support, very quick reply time to resolve concerns of customers. App is very user friendly, admin panel navigation is also easy to understand for executing the requirements.
App feels heavily sales-focused, as it repeatedly prompts users to install additional Gokwik apps during setup, which can be frustrating. I have configured the steps, but they are still not displaying correctly. Most of the important features are part of the paid plan, and the frequent display of Pro icons throughout the app feels overwhelming. I was unable to reach the support team via the provided contact number. Overall, the onboarding experience is worse.

To all those who are thinking to onbaord first get your facts checked about the insights and services to expect. -1/5 — Very Disappointed with the Onboarding Team My experience with KwikPass has been extremely disappointing, especially when it comes to their onboarding process and communication. The onboarding team is slow to respond, and when they finally do, their answers are unclear, incomplete, and far from helpful. Instead of guiding us smoothly through setup, they left us confused and waiting for days at a time. For a service that claims to improve customer experience, their own internal communication is shockingly poor. The lack of urgency, clarity, and support made the entire onboarding process frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. Overall, the onboarding experience alone is enough for me to not recommend this product.
