sales team need some better communication skills// i wonder how every time they can miscommunicate @ rahul patel And of course, the ads team... they don't take any responsibility either. No results after spending 2 months with them and wasting money on Meta too...
Gokwik has not been able to do simple installation on our store, Their incompetence to implement simple checkout button is reflected by passing the blame on external app either pagepilot or flybundle. They have lack of sense of urgency, migrating from sr checkout to gokwik is the biggest mistake of mine.
The service itself has potential, but the support experience has been disappointing. I’ve been stuck on an issue for over two weeks without a proper resolution. Hoping they improve their response time and customer support quality.
App feels heavily sales-focused, as it repeatedly prompts users to install additional Gokwik apps during setup, which can be frustrating. I have configured the steps, but they are still not displaying correctly. Most of the important features are part of the paid plan, and the frequent display of Pro icons throughout the app feels overwhelming. I was unable to reach the support team via the provided contact number. Overall, the onboarding experience is worse.
