Love the app however when I deleted it by accident I had downloaded it back and ended up having to pay my billing cycle again even though I had 5 days ago.....

Our app follows Shopify’s billing system, which means that when the app is uninstalled, the subscription is automatically cancelled based on Shopify’s policies. If you reinstall the app and subscribe again, a new bill will be generated for the new billing cycle. I’ve also reached out via email with a further solution for your case.
