We recently used Langify to translate our store into German. Everything worked smoothly and the support was exceptional & pro-active - they helped to customize the language switcher so it fully matches the visual appearance of our store. Would definitely recommend this app to anyone who's looking for a translation app with stellar support!

Fantastic support team! Super quick in replying and helpful. So far the app works great, we are using int for one language maybe will add another one!

Super app for all kinds of translations and it is also super easy to create translations of texts from other apps. I also have to say that the support from Langify is awesome.

The app is very usefull ad the assistance is fantastic! They helped me many times. The only negative aspect for me is the payment of more words for the translation of products descriptions.

We encountered some minor translation problems but after contacting their support team everything was solved quickly. Their support team is very efficient and this application is a must.

Non-efficient customer support. I tried to uninstall the app and it did not remove all their code. After I contacted them they told me no code was left and that was not true and later they have also realized that. They told me to reinstall the app, then to uninstall, then to install again (I have lost hours with this) I still do not have my problem solved and no reply for over 5 hours.

The team at Langify has been really helpful! We had to ask them to redo the same work multiple times due to a problem with our theme (unrelated to them).. not once did they complain and always delivered in a timely and professional manner! That’s what I call excellent customer support and service!

Really happy with this app. Works perfectly on my site. Exporting to a new theme is also effortless. The best is the support... extremely quick and to the point. I'm someone who doesn't likes to buy apps! Shopify costs enough but this one is well worth it!
