A great app that I wouldn't want to miss! Also do not replace! A big thank to the support, who answers quickly and helps very competently. Problems are solved very quickly! You would want something like that for other apps, too.

I'm done testing the app and all done with translating the contents. So far, very very good, my site looks better because I can toggle between English and Japanese. The customer service are very helpful and quick as well! Thank you thank you thank you langify!

extremely buggy app, takes ages to load and doesn't register several strings that are clearly translated. Translations regularly jump back to old versions. our shop has lost 1000's of dollars in sales because of this app. 100% not recommended, steer away

There is no option to translate the contents automatically. Only manual translation which is time consuming. Customer service was fast and efficient but could be more friendly.

We started using this app for the bilingual storefront (EN/LT), and we are quite happy with the performance, Langify V2 is clear and easy to use. The Custom content translations section is very beneficial for the third-party apps' content translations. What we really are missing in comparison with the Langify V1, is the possibility to have different languages on different domains - Langify does not offer this feature any longer as per the new Shopify API. The support team is very helpful and responsive, so I hope we will be using this app successfully in the future, will only probably need some language picker customizations.

well i had a problem to set this app in my shop and i contacted to the costumer service and is awesome, they helped me to set up the app in my shop, really fast and effective, I am using this application for about 1 year, and i totally recomend

Support is very quick and kind. All our questions and requests are solved by them. Apps works well,easily translate include Inage and custom contents are useful for theme/other apps text translation.

We are satisfied with the translation app Langify. The support center is very helpful and reactive. They always have a solution. The only downside, if I have to name one, is the app's loading time.

Version 1 is ok, but all in a sudden they launched version 2 with a lot of issues. - Loading slow, very slow - Functionalities very different with version 1 Confusing and CS is a bit careless.

Have used this app for a couple of years now. I sometimes have issues with text not being translated but overall I'm very happy with the app. On a couple of occasions I've reached out to customer service and have always received super fast and very helpful responses (5 stars for customer service!).

By today I can say it fully deserves for 5 stars - this app is truly good companion. Below you can find my previous expierience..... www.PierreFrancis.co.uk -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------- Main Review - 17.12.2019 at 12.50 -------------------- a lot of problems when I change or add a page, especially changes to navigation bar. your app starts now mixing everything up - glad it happened in trial period and once I haven't add a lot of content as it is time wasting ! would not recommend at all ----------- Update - 17.12.2019 at 12.53 --------------- I will give one more try and allow more time for changes to apply. If it works - I will change my rating ----------- Update - 17.12.2019 at 12.53 --------------- After testing other apps available for my shopify store, I must say I'm coming back to Langify... It needs a lot of work to input everything but as they describing it is much more healthy for my store rather than other rubbish translators with very poor or even lying translation... Langify deserves attention, for sure...
