We have used Langify to translate our website into 5 languages. It is easy to work with and it gets the job done. Customer support is solid, we have always got a quality response and all we asked for was always fixed, including the switcher placement and tweaks. The interface could have been faster though. All in all, great app and highly recommended. Update: And it is still a good solid app in 2021!

We're using Langify for a year now. Through the redesign of the website, some issues appeared and some translations couldn't be found. But the Langify team, especially Chief Developer Johannes in person, gave us a wonderful and prompt support, even at night and on weekends, so we will be able to launch our new site on Sunday happily. I used Langify to translate my entire website. It was very easy overall. Much of it was customized, so I ran into a little trouble finding where the specific areas were located, but minutes after I used the support tab and sent my inquiry (which was very late at night), I received precise information and step by step info. I managed to get in there and do it quickly! Super support at all times and very professional. These people know what they are doing and know how to communicate even if you aren't a developer yourself. EXCELLENT! Highly recommend Langify. Easy and great support. What more do we want!

Within 2 minutes the support returned with an answer to my request. As I didn't knew how to fix the problem by myself, they got access to my store, and within an hour, everything was done.

Unbelievably quick service in a time of need. Whoever developed or maintains this app truly deserves to be at the top just in terms of it's functionality and customer service. Asking for help was like opening a chat app and shooting a message over, replies and fixes were immediate. Please choose Langify if you want a highly functioning, bug-free add-on for translations & the best customer service you will ever experience in the industry.

Langify has been great. I wanted to translate my website and it has enabled me to do this without any previous experience. The support team have been great and always quick to respond and helpful even with making functional alignment changes as I was translating from a Left to Right to a Right to Left language. Highly recommended!
