The customer support is just amazing! Not so complicated to use, sometimes it does not work properly (or I just don't understand how it works) but again, I just sent an email and then the customer support team did everything for me. This is the first time I see such a good customer support. I definitely recommend this app, you won't be disappointed.

Can't express how satisfied I am! It's a little tricky to get everything translated, but it works perfectly AND if not, there is a highly professional, yet friendly and caring support team, that works out every problem extremly quickly. All you other Apps: this is a benchmark!

I used langify to translate my website in German. Everything works good. Had a little issue with customizing the language switcher button in the beginning, but the support team from langify was very quick to help me. Recommend this app! Great functonality and great support team!

Amazing support and the app works excellent. I had some troubles with some text that doesn't translate correctly and within 30 minutes everything was solved. Even in the middle of the night, they reply to your troubleshooting. Many thanks!

Incredible app and an amazing support team that makes me glad that I have installed this translation app which is a must for us here in Quebec. Edit: We recently had to translate a new template on our website, and were having a few issues with the app. We contacted the Langify support team and in the blink of an eye, they fixed all of them! A+++ service!

I started using langify a couple of weeks ago, and I'm really noobs + I'm french. So I needed a lot of help. 1st : the application is performing very well and save a lot of money because I'm now ready to close some shopify accounts and redirect URLs to only one account. That's great ! 2nd : the most important : the assistance is wonderful ! They answer within some minutes with the right answer. If you're not an expert they can do some little jobs for you. And they did it on Sunday !!! A special thank to Johannes and Wolf... You're the best !

Quite easy to use for the most part, but their customer service is AMAZING! They will help you with anything very quickly! Highly recommend! The only downside is SEO doesn't count for the translated content... !

The customer support is excellent. They helped me for several points and very quickly. I recommend it 100%. ---------- Now, 5 years later, I am still with Langify and could not be more happy. I updated to the new version and all went well and if I have questions, the staff at Safe as Milk is always there and replies very quickly. I truly recommend!

Perfect app for translating. Very intuitive and easy to use. My site is in English and I translate my pages to German. Works perfectly. In the really rare cases when not, there is an outstanding customer service. They are always friendly, fast ...actually the best compared to all the apps we use! 100% recommend it!

We have been using the Langify app for many months now for the website of the Danish jewelry and women's watch brand Mermaid Stories. The support is great - even on weekends or late during the day, the team is always helping very quickly. So far, we could get every issue fixed by them, even though we had some special requests. 5 stars from us at Mermaid Stories for the great support and the solid app that makes an international set-up possible in Shopify. The app is definitely worth the price, especially since you can set up as many languages as you want within one subscription.

Works really smoothly, you can get all parts of your store translated in a structured and organized way. Customer support is top notch - they got back to me in 5 minutes and were super fast to help out with the language switcher. Edit April 2022: still using Langify -there 2.0 works even better and their support is still top drawer. Even fixes in the code are done within the same business day. Highly recommend!

Great app, makes translating a lot easier. Johannes is always super quick to respond to all my questions as well & resolves any issues I may have equally as quickly. If you need a translation app look no further. Would give it a sixth star if It could also translate Shogun's accordion element :)
