The customer support is just amazing! Not so complicated to use, sometimes it does not work properly (or I just don't understand how it works) but again, I just sent an email and then the customer support team did everything for me. This is the first time I see such a good customer support. I definitely recommend this app, you won't be disappointed.

My Honest Review of the App and the Support. As many other merchants who need to localise their ecommerce shops, I was looking for a solution that would really benefit my business. After reading and reviewing video tutorials of many apps I decided to give Langify a chance (a lot of people were writing about superior support, and I wasn't buying it much). Little did I know, I stumbled upon some obstacles due to my customised Shopify theme and asked for some advice. Within 25 minutes, by God I swear I was expecting to receive smth like 'your ticket number #123456 was confirmed and you will be contacted soon' (usually it takes few hours or even a day), I got a response and a whole support team was working on solving my problem. Read this very carefully - I was only on a trial period, the issue was not in the scope of the Support team, but they fixed it. The communication was very fast, rapid I'd say. I only had such customer experience once in my life - at the nordic business forum. So whether you are still hesitating, wait no more. Give this app at least a try. And if you will stumble upon any issue be sure that you are backed up by dedicated team of very kind and caring people. Do you need any other reason to get started?

I've been using this app for a few years and it's the best app for having a bilingual site on Shopify. It's really easy ti set-up and we usually get a really quick response if we need any help with anything.

Can't express how satisfied I am! It's a little tricky to get everything translated, but it works perfectly AND if not, there is a highly professional, yet friendly and caring support team, that works out every problem extremly quickly. All you other Apps: this is a benchmark!

I use this app since a while. As I now took some changes and couldn`t figure out some tiny changes, I got immediate help by the support team. They even changed the coding for me and everything for free. Do they work all around the clock? Thank you for your amazing help.

I used langify to translate my website in German. Everything works good. Had a little issue with customizing the language switcher button in the beginning, but the support team from langify was very quick to help me. Recommend this app! Great functonality and great support team!

Thank you Mr. Wolf from the customer service for helping me making my decision of un-installing the app. Here's my original review : "For everyone who's using a paid theme developed by a third party, I do not recommend this app. Because Langify interrupts some key functions, for example, my theme allows customer to preview a variant's photo in a small gallery, but with Langify implemented, the gallery no longer shows properly. Also, the language switcher is not designed to integrate properly with the theme, it's extremely ugly... For the store owners who already paid $140-180 for a beautiful theme, why ruin everything with the language switcher!!!!" I didn't contact the customer service after encountering these issues because for 20 minutes, my whole website was completely blank, it gave me a heart-attack. It was Shopify customer service who helped me to roll back and got my website back. I'm sorry but after such a horrible experience, I don't even want to contact customer service. But after I posted this review, Mr. Michael from customer service contacted me and asked me to give them a second chance, and offered me free services to fix the issues, that's why I reached out. And I have to say, their technical support was very nice, fixed the issues, however, up till now I still see many missing spots where I did translate in the Langify app but didn't show up properly on my website. And the customer service explained that I need to manually add each spot in the "custom" translation. I don't have 365 days on the translation. I want this to be done. And our lovely Mr. Wolf, sent me a quite strong-worded email, saying that first, I should update my review, because it no longer reflects the truth (which I sadly disagree because it is true that it originally made my code a mess, and for a good enough app who charges 17.5$/month, this should've never happened), and second, Mr. Wolf said he's "surprised" that I never contacted customer service before I left a review. Listen, I appreciate all the great support, but I want an app that works, perfectly, without destroying my code and forcing me to have the customer service spend hours to fix it! And Mr. Wolf's attitude made me think that the awesome support I received was only to have me change my 1-star review. So here I am, changing my review, I will add an extra star, to thank Mr. Michael and Johannes for all the great help. But hell no I am not happy with this app, and I am uninstalling it now, even though I am already charged for the first month.

Amazing support and the app works excellent. I had some troubles with some text that doesn't translate correctly and within 30 minutes everything was solved. Even in the middle of the night, they reply to your troubleshooting. Many thanks!

Incredible app and an amazing support team that makes me glad that I have installed this translation app which is a must for us here in Quebec. Edit: We recently had to translate a new template on our website, and were having a few issues with the app. We contacted the Langify support team and in the blink of an eye, they fixed all of them! A+++ service!

I started using langify a couple of weeks ago, and I'm really noobs + I'm french. So I needed a lot of help. 1st : the application is performing very well and save a lot of money because I'm now ready to close some shopify accounts and redirect URLs to only one account. That's great ! 2nd : the most important : the assistance is wonderful ! They answer within some minutes with the right answer. If you're not an expert they can do some little jobs for you. And they did it on Sunday !!! A special thank to Johannes and Wolf... You're the best !

i used this app, for each word ..you should translate....why you say your self automaticly ???? if i write everything this is not automatic.....this is manual.... and change language scrool stay in the left side in the page ??? i never see that before...it must be in the right....anyway....bad

I used this app to translate my English SHOPIFY store into German and Italian, and was hoping to do so for Spanish and French as well. As we are based in the EU functioning multi-linguality is a must! First of all, this app DOES NOT TRANSLATE anything. It offers a split mode for you to enter the externally translated text opposite of the original text. You also have to do all formatings again, unless you choose to import the originally formatted text and work directly in that. I like the split screen mode. And the developers offer okay support. HOWEVER, the biggest drawbacks are so severe that they are business threathening: 1) the search function in SHOPIFY does not take into account any other language version than the basic shop language (i.e. English in my case) - foreing language texts are NON-SEARCHABLE by customers!!! 2) Langify is not compatible with SEO Manager and does not offer any input possibility for SEO-information Basically this means: a) You have to translate text yourself or outsource that b) Langify offers a split-screen input form only c) Nobody will find your foreign langauge website on Google d) Site visitors won't be able to search the foreign language content --> This is useless for real life business! We are searching for a better option now...

Quite easy to use for the most part, but their customer service is AMAZING! They will help you with anything very quickly! Highly recommend! The only downside is SEO doesn't count for the translated content... !
