Great app, and great customer service! We're very happy so far, and I really appreciated their support. We had an issue that I couldn't understand, and I gave the langify team access to a staff account - within no time it was fixed and we were up and running. Thanks!

Langify is an awesome app, that does exactly what it promises. What makes this truly exceptional however, is the support. Langify's support team is the best support team I've ever dealt with anywhere, ever. I’ve had a lot of questions because I’m not very technical and I have received very quick, friendly and super helpful replies. Sometimes the replies come in a matter of minutes. They have even helped me fix technical issues that hasn’t been Langify’s fault. I will buy anything these guys make, even if I wouldn’t need it. I’m a customer for life, and will recommend Langify to everyone who might need an app like this.

This app is truly, truly class. I've used a lot of apps on our platform, but this is one of the best I've ever used.

Wonderful service! Had difficulties to integrate the app and they helped me in less than 5 minutes! Also, I had other issues that were solve right away by Sabrina. I'm Impressed.

Langify is a truly amazing app. Their support is extremely responsive and helpful, solving everything super quick.

Keep in mind they don't have a customer service over the phone, just by email so good luck if you have issue. They don't answer back right away by email so it can take a day to resolve a problem.

This is by far the best translation app for Shopify. After you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward to use, though the help centre team's always there to help you :D

Amazing support team and great added value to your site. I had a few issues installing the language switcher but the Langify support was there from the begginiong to the end to make sure that everything was looking good and working properly. I absolutely recommend Langify to all people running an e-commerce store in a bilingual country.

Bonjour, j'ai rencontré quelques difficultés avec des détails et l'assistance de Langify m'a surprise par sa présence et sa ténacité, ils sont nombreux et compétents, au final, moi qui n'y croyais plus, et bien tout fonctionne impeccablement. Merci à l'équipe !

Not only is Langify a great tool to have various language versions of your shop, but I have to say that the support team is amazing. I had a few technical questions on how to integrate the language switcher into my theme and they helped me with every single issue (for two stores). That even works for someone with little or no coding experience. Highly recommended.

This app is relatively easy to use, but more importantly service/support is great! Especially Johannes! They fix every problem little-big, and they are fast! Definitely recommend
