They are also extremely courteous and helpful, earning them another 10/10. When it comes to translation quality, the app's "engine" and the availability of a glossary feature are essential considerations. As someone who wanted to utilize DeepL, I was pleased to discover that AI Translate not only offers DeepL but also Google Translate. For this reason, I give the app another 10/10. The app's user interface is straightforward and shares the same look and feel as the Shopify backend. It is very fast, which is rare for most translation apps. While this may be a matter of personal preference, I appreciate this design and give it a 10/10 rating. The app's pricing is fair and reasonable, considering the high-quality features and service it offers. If you wish to use DeepL, you will need to create a separate account directly with them, which I believe is an excellent approach since it eliminates any markups. Overall, AI Translate is a top-tier translation app, and I highly recommend it to any Shopify store owner that is serious about investing in website localization.
