We’ve been using LangShop for a few weeks now and it has been a great experience so far. The app is very user-friendly and easy to work with, which made the transition smooth from the start. What we like the most is that LangShop works together with Shopify Translate & Adapt, something not many apps support. This makes managing translations much more flexible and efficient. The translation quality is very good, and we personally use the OpenAI integration, which was incredibly easy to connect and saves a lot of time. The onboarding process was also excellent. Sofiya provided clear explanations, guided us through everything step by step, and made sure there was enough room to ask questions. Whenever we have questions, support is easy to reach and very helpful. Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely continue using this app. After a long search, it’s great to finally have a translation app that truly works well. we’re very happy to have found this one.
