The customization possibilities within the quiz is really extensive and exactly what we needed. Further customization with their CSS coding is also very easy. Besides that their customer service is really top notch and very helpful. The initial cost is higher than some other online quiz apps, but the analytics and the customization was worth it for us. Would highly recommend the app.

Great app. Customer service was very helpful in configuring pricing to show in different currencies according to the prices we set in shopify markets rather than just straight conversion. Really fast and quality support.

The Lantern app, within itself, is awesome. Very easy to use. There is a good FAQ section, and they also have a YouTube channel that demonstrates how to use the app. But, hands down, Lantern has the best customer service EVER! If you have any questions or issues, the staff is quick to respond!

10/10 customer service! I was initially going to go with a more well-known & larger quiz provider but hopped on a call with Ana who took the time to explain the features for my use case. What blew me away though was the level of customer service afterward especially from Jandy who CONSISTENTLY goes above and beyond to help problem solve our team's questions with the quiz. Highly recommended just for Jandy's customer service & help.

This app is a game-changer! Lantern makes it super easy to build product quizzes that actually help guide our customers. The UI is clean, the AI suggestions are smart, and the support team is fast and friendly.

great app to use to build out an elaborate skin care quiz to help engage my potential customers and collect emails. I was about to contact support late after 12am and receive a response very fast when i needed help to embed a video before my quiz results so that I could also offer an additional paid service after my customers completed the quiz. that way i would have collected emails for my list and give a paid offer besides my product recommendations! Jandy was super nice, very supportive, very detailed in his steps on how i needed to embed the video to my dynamic content box. it was easy to follow the steps and it worked immediately! would definitely recommend this app to other small business owners who want to create lead magnets to build their email list.

There are very few apps I have found that offer such a good combination of utility, fair pricing, and great customer service. This tool has been incredibly useful to us and we really appreciate the ability to get support when needed (big shoutout to Jandy and Ana. If you have any sort of confusion from your customers on what to buy you definitely need to check out this tool to help them make decisions with confidence.

Got responses to my queries quickly from Jandy at Lantern and the free use of the service for the first 50 customers without the customer knowing the 50 has been reached is great and helps me to really trial the app. Nice work Lantern.
