Overall good app, but needs some adjustments for it to be VERY good. For example if you want to expand your quizzes on multiple stores you will have to copy each product under answers manually... Very inefficient. Otherwise good app, does what its supposed to do.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! The reason products can’t be included in the import/export process is due to how Shopify assigns unique product IDs and SKUs to each store. Even if the products have the same name, they have different backend identifiers, and our app relies on these unique IDs to connect them correctly. Unfortunately, this means there’s no automatic way to transfer quiz product connections between stores. That being said, we’d be more than happy to manually connect your products to your quizzes for you to save you time and effort. If that would help, just let us know, and we’ll take care of it!

I can't give a 5 start to the app because it has its limitations regarding the logic, but it works and as soon as you understand how it works, you can use it. In our case, we had to adapt what we wanted in the first place, and it took a bit more time than what we expected. HOWEVER, they have amazing support. The team has been very kind and problem-solving. They have answered to our questions, and they have tried to help us as much as they could, especially Jandy, with the limitations of the tool. We really appreciate all the effort and we thank Jandy our super agent who has been very helpful all the time.

Lantern now supports logic jumps for multiple-choice questions, and we’ve also introduced the ability to duplicate questions, making it easier than ever to set up complex quizzes without extra manual work. The App is relatively easy to use. Excellent customer service: responds within minutes and can always solve the problem.

Quiz works well, good integration with shopify, Good responsive customer help, suggestions for improvement were progressed with development team. Most significant areas to improve would be to be able to implement the quiz as a pop up in the site as an embed option, more flexibility around product matches and how thats displayed and an animation on the loading bar whilst results are being fetched
