I can't give a 5 start to the app because it has its limitations regarding the logic, but it works and as soon as you understand how it works, you can use it. In our case, we had to adapt what we wanted in the first place, and it took a bit more time than what we expected. HOWEVER, they have amazing support. The team has been very kind and problem-solving. They have answered to our questions, and they have tried to help us as much as they could, especially Jandy, with the limitations of the tool. We really appreciate all the effort and we thank Jandy our super agent who has been very helpful all the time.

Lantern now supports logic jumps for multiple-choice questions, and we’ve also introduced the ability to duplicate questions, making it easier than ever to set up complex quizzes without extra manual work. Easy to use app, logic jumps are intuitive and work flawlessly. Has helped to get us thousands of new leads and generate more revenue. Customer service is great, had an issue with one of the products showing and got it resolved within a couple of hours.

Great experience with with this app. It's easy to use but there were some design aspects that did not work and the Lantern Support team were very helpful in helping us with various custom css. The quiz is very effective and I recommend it. I am very satisfied with the product and the team behind it.

To me this is by far the best and thought-through quiz app I have come across. I spent hours and hours on building logic trees and here everything is done by a couple of clicks. It is so intuitive and Ana from the Customer Support is really helpful and goes into all the details to help to understand everything. Thumps up for the excellent work!

I evaluated several other quiz apps before ultimately selecting the paid version of Lantern. For us, it struck the right balance between features and price. It's a very nice, highly customizable, full-featured app with excellent support.

Great app, and amazing support if you need it. They even did some custom coding to make the app look right on my store (www.teddyandwool.com). I love that my customers get to see a selection of products based on their preferences. The only thing that would make me love Lantern Product Quiz even more is if the customer would get an option to upload files to me.

This is a great app that does exactly what we need to accompany customers in their Analog Camera purchase experience. It integrates well with your Shopify inventory, offers flexible enough customization options for visual branding, features an analytics component and has excellent customer support (fast, very helpful and open to implementing feature requests). This is by far the easiest-to-set-up app I've ever installed. The UI is fantastic and it works GREAT on my store. So sleek and seamless. I love how users can interact with this app with no delay or buggy feel. 10/10 would recommend. Edit: Totally forgot about the AI functionality! It was so quick and easy to use that I almost forgot about the main selling factor. All I did was answer questions to a few prompts and 5 minutes later an entire quiz complete with questions, answers, and workflow mapping was available for me to edit (if it needed changing- which most of it didn't need to be changed). Thank you Lantern!!!
