The LDT team has been incredibly helpful. Cade responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped resolve a billing issue with professionalism and care. The app works great for managing our printable downloads, and their support makes a big difference. Thank you for the excellent service.

Useful app, great web chat for assistance. Cade assisted me with something today and it was explained very clearly for me to resolve my issue.

I really like this app, and it's run by a very responsive and responsible team. Bonnie and Cade were my most recent customer service agents, but all have been stellar. They take suggestions to heart, and more than one of my suggestions have been implemented which makes a customer feel like their input is important. It is flexible and easy to use. Definitely one of the best Digital Downloads Apps on Shopify!
