I've been using the free version of this app for about a month and everything has been running smoothly. I ran into an issue with one of my products because I inadvertently unchecked a box that automatically sends the download email. I contacted customer service and the issue was fixed in less than an hour. Very quick replies. I will definitely be upgrading because it works seamlessly with shopify. Thank you

We love this app - it manages our license codes and also their customer service is amazing. I appreciate that it writes back the codes to the customer account automatically in case a customer has an issue or misplaces their codes. We also love how customizable it is

So far, I've found this to be extremely intuitive and easy to set up. The only issue I've run into so far is the Download All function seems to only download the first item in the order. Other than that everything is working great.
