LeadDyno Affiliate Marketing

Adam Jacobs just answered 25 questions for me in a chat window and Jennifer Goodman yesterday~! I'm loving the support for LeadDyno. I've been looking for a way to start an affiliate program for 10 years or more. LeadDyno is super easy to set up with seemingly unlimited nuances to be tweaked. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is similar to WordPress in the way it is highly customizable, yet ready to go right out of the gate with very minimal effort. I signed up a test account to see what it looks like and what the user experience is for the affiliate and it is super easy to sign up. It doesn't ask for address or phone number which is GREAT. The easier to sign up, the more people we will have selling for us. I only set this up about 3 days ago, so the fact that I feel like I can already review it is telling~! I am just having trouble getting Etsy hooked up, but expect that will be fixed soon and am thrilled that it is an option as my top marketer tends to refer Etsy most.

Great and fast support and the app is easy to use. I would like to see you add more of the social media services in the sharing widget in the near future.

I love the support I get from Jennifer (or whoever mans her post) through live chat. Every time I run into a glitch I get immediate help and if it is not resolved in the moment they are great at following up. I'm glad we picked LeadDyno for our affiliate program!

Update: Very pleased with the customer service. Working with Adam and he is willing to go the extra mile to keep customers satisfied. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great customer service. Adam was very helpful and informative in the initial set up process.

Excellent customer support and a solid product! You can tell the team really cares about their product and their customer's success. On numerous occasions, they've gone out of their way to help us be successful with LeadDyno and I'm really excited to continue to grow our affiliate marketing program with their help. I'd definitely recommend the app for anyone looking to start up and affiliate program.

Very very poor customer service. Will out right ignore. Tries to bribe you to leave good reviews by extending free trial. Links do NOT track all visitors and failed testing.

I started my affiliate program with 'Omnistar Affiliate Software' but switched to LeadDyno because it had functions that I was looking for. I wanted to track the sales by affiliate link and their affiliate code. Also I wanted to give a different commission rate by the product. LeadDyno was only one affiliate program that satisfied all my request. Thank you LeadDyno!

Looked so promising, but after 2 weeks of trying to get any sort of meaningful support on a fundamentally simple question we've given up and have uninstalled the App' and gone elsewhere

It's super easy to use and very intuitive. For all the things you don't know how to do, they have great documentation and the service reps are very helpful if you get confused by the documentation. They have very fast response time! Awesome affiliate marketing app!

I installed the LeadDyno app into my shopify admin and at first I was having some issues when testing whether the affiliate links were tracking throughout the checkout process. They were not, so I contacted their customer service via chat on their website which was super simple and they started a tech support ticket for me. I went back and forth with tech support to make sure I had things setup properly and eventually they found out the issue was an incompatibility with the Ajaxify Cart plugin that was on my shopify theme. I just had to uncheck the enable option for Ajaxify Cart and the problem was gone. They extended my free trial period since it took a little longer than expected to get the software up and running properly. I like that LeadDyno lets me setup item specific commissions and the whole tracking system, payments and dashboard interface seem very top notch so far.

Way too expensive, since they charge on traffic and not sales made. It just wasn't cost effective for us.

The support at LD is great. They helped to make sure that my affiliate links were working and even did a test order for me to confirm. LeadDyno is the best solution for a small business looking to add an Affiliate Program. If you're at that stage, then you are likely running various CPC campaigns and LeadDyno helps to track the efficiency of those campaigns. Their system seamlessly syncs to Shopify as well as other apps like Mail Chimp. They use Live Chat so you can always get immediate assistance. Lead Dyno is more than an affiliate system they are enabling us here at mygreenfills.com and Selestial Soap to get our #laundryfreedom story in front of new customers quickly. There are better reports that come out of lead dyno than we get out of google analytics. We have a VERY complicated integration and this is the only SaaS that we have found that can serve our needs... This is a must have SAAS app if you are an internet marketer of any level! Bret, Richard, Adam and Jennifer are an absolute pleasure to work with!
