LeadDyno is awesome and their customer service is great! I not only use them for affiliate marketing, but for campaign tracking/conversion tracking as well. I can see what's happening with my campaigns and traffic in real time, which has really helped me learn how to market my online store better. Thanks LeadDyno!

FIVE Stars! The staff at Lead Dyno has been super helpful! I love that I can get daily updates and the tools for creating content for my affiliates work very well. Great product for managing affiliates. I must admit I haven't found navigating the site to be totally intuitive, but thanks to the wonderful (and very patient) help from Jennifer in support I managed to get everything up and running with relative ease. Thanks Jennifer!

As a technically inept user I needed telephone support in order to walk me through some early stage difficulty I was having. The leaddyno support manager contacted me more or less as scheduled and was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I hope I don't need more assistance of this sort, but if I do I am confident that they will answer my questions competently.

Still in the process of getting things up and running but the customer service is great!! They are quick to answer any questions. Adam has helped make the onboarding process for us a great experience.

*** UPDATE October 2016 *** After we wrote the original review, the LeadDyno team contacted us (Adam). They promised us a full refund. That was the 22th of September, and today (17th October) we still have NOT got our refund. And by the way... They haven't answered our last 3 mails, reminding them about our refund... So therefore it is now 1 star... We do NOT like the way LeadDyno do there business... *** Original review *** The system works..! BUT the price is WAY TO HIGH! We use it only with our own affiliates that we create, so with 1 - 5 affiliates and a price on $249 (because we have a lot of visitors) is not what we want... Now we use another app where the price is $16 for 50 affiliates and NO "visitor limits".

I have not yet published our site, as we are still in development, but this app so far is excellent as well as the support. I like the fact that I don't have to setup paypal for mass payments. Instead shopify makes it easier without that step. I also REALLY REALLY like the traffic component, that tells you exactly where your leads are coming from. AMAZING! I saw leads coming from websites I didn't even know had published information about our company. It was amazing to see. Just that in itself makes it totally worth it!

So far so good with LeadDyno. The customer service has been top notch. Questions are answered quickly. They have great how to videos on their site with step by step instructions, which is a plus for me.
