It's super easy to use and very intuitive. For all the things you don't know how to do, they have great documentation and the service reps are very helpful if you get confused by the documentation. They have very fast response time! Awesome affiliate marketing app!

I installed the LeadDyno app into my shopify admin and at first I was having some issues when testing whether the affiliate links were tracking throughout the checkout process. They were not, so I contacted their customer service via chat on their website which was super simple and they started a tech support ticket for me. I went back and forth with tech support to make sure I had things setup properly and eventually they found out the issue was an incompatibility with the Ajaxify Cart plugin that was on my shopify theme. I just had to uncheck the enable option for Ajaxify Cart and the problem was gone. They extended my free trial period since it took a little longer than expected to get the software up and running properly. I like that LeadDyno lets me setup item specific commissions and the whole tracking system, payments and dashboard interface seem very top notch so far.

We changed our website provider over to Shopify just so we could use LeadDyno. We researched and tried other affiliate programs but they just didn't live up to their promises and were complicated to navigate.With LeadDyno, it is so simple to install and customise. The customer service is also top notch. We're in Australia we and can always get in touch with someone when I've needed advice or help. Another total bonus, is all the extra information that is available at your fingertips in the dashboard. It's amazing! It's great for seeing how customers are finding us which helps in our marketing strategies. We highly recommend LeadDyno!

I've been with LeadDyno since 2014 and my affiliates love the simplicity of signing up and sharing my products on their sites. It didn't take long (minutes in fact) to get everything connected with Shopify and PayPal. My email templates were also lined up quickly for affiliates and customer communications. The support at LD is great. They helped to make sure that my affiliate links were working and even did a test order for me to confirm. LeadDyno is the best solution for a small business looking to add an Affiliate Program. If you're at that stage, then you are likely running various CPC campaigns and LeadDyno helps to track the efficiency of those campaigns. Their system seamlessly syncs to Shopify as well as other apps like Mail Chimp. They use Live Chat so you can always get immediate assistance. Lead Dyno is more than an affiliate system they are enabling us here at mygreenfills.com and Selestial Soap to get our #laundryfreedom story in front of new customers quickly. There are better reports that come out of lead dyno than we get out of google analytics. We have a VERY complicated integration and this is the only SaaS that we have found that can serve our needs... This is a must have SAAS app if you are an internet marketer of any level! Bret, Richard, Adam and Jennifer are an absolute pleasure to work with!

Installed this app as a trial. Not knowing exactly how to integrate this into my business, LeadDyno offered stellar support with quick answers to my questions and a wealth of info for getting started in the right way. Moreover, the app seems super stable. I'm happy : )

LeadDyno is straight up powerful. We needed support for multi-level affiliate marketing, where affiliates can recruit other affilites and make money off of second-level sales. LeadDyno comes through with the more complex stuff. Adam the Support Manager is a hero too.

This software is brilliant it has the perfect balance of simplicity and flexibility I was looking for! It's extremely easy to integrate with Shopify and comes with really handy tools which help you recruit new affiliates easily. It's customizable to a level were it looks super professional however it doesn't take hours to set up so as mentioned before is the perfect balance. My sales have increased dramatically since installing this onto my site and customers are becoming marketers for my brand. I did hit a little snag when setting up however with the live support and extensive support content I was able to get it sorted in no time making the whole process hassle free! I would recommend this software to anyone who wants to push sales up in this way it really is a no brainier for me.

This is probably the best affiliate app in shopify. Every other affiliate app is lacking something whether its low quality, bad design, bad tracking. This one is perfect in every way, and I'll be using it for a very long time and recommend it to everyone who is thinking about getting it.
