LeadDyno Affiliate Marketing

This App has been super easy to use so far. It let's me easily track influencers and affiliates I work with and see not only how many people are engaging but also purchasing over a long period of time which is great for internal reporting. Also, their customer service was super helpful and very quick to respond and help me troubleshoot something. I recently worked with the customer service rep Jennifer Goodman and she was very patient and helpful and I appreciate the support. I recommend!

Easy to set up. Great support. Would recommend. Obviously building an effective affiliate network means more than just plugging in an app and waiting, but this is an ideal platform to build your network on top of.

So far so good- great customer service. Had a slight issues and they helped me with it promptly. Relatively easy to use.

Very helpful. All these different apps you can use for Shopify can get confusing. LeadDyno helped me step by step to get my affiliate commission and discount code up and running! Highly recommend LeadDyno. I chose LeadDyno because of the great reviews from other businesses' I work with on e-commerce.

We haven't had any affiliates actively use it yet, but the setup was a lot easier than I imagined it would be. Adam, the lead developer was very responsive and helpful with a customization request we had. Highly recommend!

Running a multi tier affiliate program is complex.. the support from leaddyno has been a huge help in our success. I'm sure their live chat is tired of hearing from us haha- but they are always available during business hours and quick to answer questions.

Leaddyno is amazing. Customer support is so helpful. Would pick 10/10 times. I was considering Refersion but the customer support does not compare.

Anyone who wants to have a killer ambassador team needs this. Its seamless for us & we love the chat.

App installed quickly with no problems. I wanted a unique affiliate commission structure, so I contacted customer support via their chat app, and Adam Jacobs (LeadDyno's Dir of Support) set it up for me! I typically work on my site during the weekend and tend to ask lots of questions. So far the LeadDyno support team has answered all of them within a few minutes and I'm still on the free trial!

I just started using this app as it was the only one I found that would work with both an affiliate link & discount code. Integration was easy and so was set up. I struggled a bit with a few custom tweaks but zI reached out on live chat & Jennifer (one of the customer service agents) was amazing with the support. Im no expert but I can now navigate my way around the app. Would recommend this app if you need affiliate links & discount codes.

We've only used the app for a short time but so far so good. Very extensive analytics and great customer support thus far.
