I would NEVER recommend LeadDyno to anyone I know. Ever. "Adam Jacobs" is supposedly the "Support Manager" but displays the worst customer service known to the internet. His arrogance/smart a** humor for a customer service rep is a complete turn off and worst in the business. Not only is the customer service atrocious, BEWARE that LeadDyno charges you for the traffic you generate yourself. They put you on a plan according to your traffic. You get a certain amount of visits per plan thinking those visits are counted when you use their service and their affiliate links. NO. You get charged for your own organic traffic regardless if an affiliate ever uses their links to your site or not. What's the point in that? I was led to believe by a rep ahead of time that the traffic coming from the links used by affiliates is what counts towards your limit in your plan. Everything about LeadDyno is what's wrong with these tech companies now days. I HIGHLY recommend you use another affiliate program. You'll be happy you did!

Great support, always there when I wanted it even at odd hours. Does what it says on the box and have already got my first affiliate sale and am turning about 1 in 3 customers into affiliates. Looking forward to finding ways to make those affiliates kick ass.

Simply amazing customer support. I've had 3 very critical questions and all were answered real-time through the online chat or within 24 hours via email. The app itself is incredibly easy to use and intuitive to setup and monitor. Near full control over anything you'd want to track, monitor, and restrict on an affiliate-by-affiliate basis. Highly recommend! YAWP! Eats

We love LeadDyno! It does a great job for us. We evaluated a number of different options for an affiliate program and chose LeadDyno. A big factor was the great customer service from Brett, Adam and Richard. They have been awesome. Highly recommend.

We had a base of over 11,000 affiliate and lead accounts and needed a new app to handle them on the Shopify platform. These guys not only helped us get everything setup, but their ongoing support has been phenomenal and very responsive.

Really impressed LeadDyno. Firstly, the customer service is brilliant - any query I had has been answered promptly and appropriately. Also, the ease in which the app works is great - it doesn't require much hassle from myself or my affiliates. I would strongly recommend.

I am an e-commerce consultant and a Shopify site owner. I've used many affiliate platforms in the past and hoped that this would be the solution for our Shopify store. This platform is good overall in terms of feature sets, but the concept and definition of its use by the developers along with their pricing is what I am disappointed with. I initially signed up for their free plan which apparently only allowed 500 visitors a month. Once I exceeded that, I was asked to pay for the next plan at $49/mo. for 3K visitors. I've been signed up for less than a month and have only had one affiliate signup who hasn't even sent any traffic or sales since they were approved. That has nothing to do with this app, but I just needed to state this to make my point. Which is, they want to charge customers based on site visitors and e-mails collected from your site. First, the number of visitors have no importance to me unless they are generated by my active affiliates. Instead, they count a visitor coming from any source regardless if the source wasn't one of your affiliates. Second, they say that they collect e-mail addresses that also count towards your chosen plan. They say they collect these e-mail addresses so that you can market to them. The problem with all this is that a true affiliate program should be geared towards genuine affiliates who actually promote your site, services and products. Those who can actually refer new customers your way. They want you to invite all your customers to become affiliates and refer their friends, which is not what you setup an affiliate program for. There are other apps and programs more appropriate for those tasks such as customer loyalty programs and refer-a-friend apps. The last thing you want is for your customer to become an affiliate, earn points through your loyalty program, and also be able to use coupon codes - and earn an affiliate commission on their own purchases. You'll also want to do most, if not all, your e-mail marketing using other services geared towards e-mail marketing such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Rare, Windsor Circle, etc. You're not going to want to use affiliate software to compose and send your e-mail campaigns as it's never going to have the kind of features to maximize your e-mail campaigns. They justify the price stating that they're collecting usable data that I can act upon. But the data they're collecting could be had for free through your Shopify backend, a free Mailchimp account and a free Google Analytics account. I can point you to several free Shopify apps that would better serve your analytics, e-mail marketing, refer-a-friend, and loyalty programs for just about zero cost. It's insane that they're pricing isn't based only on actual affiliate-related business and revenues. I'm not going to pay $49+/mo. for data I already have and that's not because I don't yet have affiliates. Even if my affiliates were already generating revenue, pricing should be tied into revenue generated by affiliate sales, not mere visits and e-mail addresses. Not quite sure why other merchants are so accepting of this practice. To me, it's as if I signed up for one service, but being charged for another. Not happy at all especially after I've spent some time setting up the backend, program details and was just about to start marketing my program. Now I'm going to have to move it to another platform.

Customer support so far has been super fantastic and we can't wait to see what kind of business this new application brings us! Easy email "sign up" form option for integrating onto your site, and also allows customization of your lead dyno homepage so it still feels like its your brand.

Dyno is a dynamite application that is simple and easy to use. Integrates easily into Shopify, and customer support for the software is both top notch and first class. If you have had any trouble with other affiliate software or are considering adding affiliate marketing to your business/ Shopify store efforts, be sure to give this application a test drive. Easy to use, highly customizable. And the support team is SUPER supportive. The only one thing I hope is to be more internationalized. The currencies supported by this system are quite limited, so I am forced to use USD as my currency. Maybe a easier way to to let users to input their own currency, if users choose manual way to pay compensation? Anyway, good team, great app.

Leaddyno is an exceptional product. In addition to supplying a robust platform for your affiliate program it also integrates keyword tracking for your ads. Beyond this, the big difference is their SERVICE! They are always there to make sure their product is meeting your expectations. Great product + Great team = Great partner!
