Deidra & Jennifer always answered even the simplest of my questions and followed up anything that was a bit more complicated. This is a great app!!! I switched to it from OmniStar. Now why did I switch and where it took me, follows...:) 1. The app is very well intuitively built. 2. Things which are very complicated are logical and you can figure them out either by yourself or with their great training and support 3. Support is one of the best features of the leaddyno, It is pretty easy to schedule a consult, and they will actually do a lot of fine-tuning for you. This being said, to conclude I can also have to say that even though this seems like the simple app. It is packed with awesome analytical features, which will allow you to understand your campaigns and e-commerce better. Lead Dyno has turned out to be a fantastic choice for affiliate management. Tried out several other major platforms and they cant do what Lead Dyno can do. Jennifer Goodman provided quality support.

5 Stars!!! Jennifer Goodman is one of the Support Agents who helped me through the chat function. The program itself is easy to use, but some things may be confusing. She made it super easy to solve my issue and she also helped me out by linking me to everything. Made it nice and easy for me. :) Please look into Lead Dyno! It is amazing and you can do a lot with it. Even send emails straight within the program.

Have yet to sail this ship but so far the team at LeadDyno have been really helpful. Thanks to Diedra and Adam for the set up help today!

5-star review for customer support! I've gotten support multiple times from Adam and he always delivers the solution in a timely manner. We haven't launched our full-fledged affiliate program yet so I can't speak to actaully running the system quite yet... but set up was very simple and the dashboards are great and easy to use. **UPDATE** I've been using LeadDyno for a couple months now and it has been AWESOME!! Very easy and intuitive to use for both myself and our affiliates. Love the dashboard and automatic emails we can send out. Great program, very happy with the product and customer service!

Customer service had been fantastic. We have tested a number of different options to move to as they system we are using now if very cumbersome. This has been the standout best so far, as it is very easy to use, understand & set up and their support is exceptional (can't say this enough, when you need it, it matters!).

Jennifer Goodman on live chat is super helpful and answered my query really quickly with concise instructions - saved me a lot of time, thanks! Adam Jacobs also helped me with my monthly usage - super helpful as well!
