5-star review for customer support! I've gotten support multiple times from Adam and he always delivers the solution in a timely manner. We haven't launched our full-fledged affiliate program yet so I can't speak to actaully running the system quite yet... but set up was very simple and the dashboards are great and easy to use. **UPDATE** I've been using LeadDyno for a couple months now and it has been AWESOME!! Very easy and intuitive to use for both myself and our affiliates. Love the dashboard and automatic emails we can send out. Great program, very happy with the product and customer service!

Customer service had been fantastic. We have tested a number of different options to move to as they system we are using now if very cumbersome. This has been the standout best so far, as it is very easy to use, understand & set up and their support is exceptional (can't say this enough, when you need it, it matters!).

Jennifer Goodman on live chat is super helpful and answered my query really quickly with concise instructions - saved me a lot of time, thanks! Adam Jacobs also helped me with my monthly usage - super helpful as well!

We've been using LeadDyno for 4 years now. It has really helped us grow the business from a startup to a thriving 8 figure per year business. The features allow us the flexibility to set up affiliates in a way that makes sense for our unique business model.

Jennifer at LeadDyno customer service has been absolutely amazing at helping me figure out a few things. Since this is completely new to me, it's easy to get confused when trying to sort things out, but with some help from Jennifer, I was able to put my mind to ease! There are SO MANY options and ways to use this app, I know that it will help me expand my business exponentially and I can't wait to come back and give it even more praise in a few months after my business has really taken off. Lead Dyno has been EXTREMELY user friendly! I am very tech challenged and I love this app! It's very clearly laid out and all of the menus, etc are self explanatory. I have only needed to use the customer service messenger a couple of times and they were super responsive and quickly answered my questions in a matter of minutes. Jennifer is amazing! Lead Dyno has soooo many cool features/functions, it's actually a bit overwhelming for a moron like me... But I can't believe how useful the live chat is! I was dragging my feet getting it set up because I was lost in all the functions, but Jennifer is really making my life easier! I''m sure I'll be bugging them more as I play with more and more features, but I'm very excited for their support! To any old timers out there like me, give LeadDyno a try! They will make sure you get set up fast <3

LeadDyno is a great program if you want to grow your Shopify store. I am not tech savvy, so it took me a bit longer than most people to get it setup. The tech support folks at LeadDyno are very helpful and extremely patient. Now that it is setup it operates automatically. All I have to do is pay commissions, and keep in contact with affiliates to provide whatever support and continue improving what we offer on our Shopify store. I'm new to Affiliate software, did Refersion first but decided I needed more. I'm still working through set up, and on several occasions have needed a little extra help . Jennifer in customer support it brilliant. Fast response, giving exactly the information need. Top class support!

This app has, so far, exceeded my expectations. I tried out Refersion first and it seemed pretty good but LeadDyno's interface and the affiliate dashboard blows Refersion out of the water. Also, LeadDyno's chat support is immediate and super helpful. Jennifer Goodman just helped me and its so nice having instant, helpful support.
