We zijn zeer tevreden met de service van Jan, de programmeur bij Leat! Het hele proces van begin tot eind was snel, professioneel en vakkundig. Jan heeft precies geleverd wat we zochten: een moderne, gebruiksvriendelijke website die perfect werkt. Leat is absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar kwaliteit en uitstekende service!

Wij werken al langere tijd met Leat voor ons loyaliteitsprogramma, waarmee onze klanten op een eenvoudige en effectieve manier punten kunnen sparen en inwisselen. Recent hebben we ook de e-Gift Card toegevoegd. Dankzij de duidelijke uitleg en efficiënte ondersteuning van Leat stond de Gift Card binnen no-time live. We zijn zeer tevreden met hun service!

We werken sinds kort met Piggy als Loyaliteit programma. Daarnaast gaan wij ook gebruiken maken van de fysieke giftcards en e-giftcards. Dit is nu mogelijk met Leat, klanten kunnen in de winkel en online met dezelfde punten verder sparen. Wij waarderen de service van Leat, ze kunnen ons alles uitleggen en helpen met het instellen en klaar zetten van het programma.

The best loyalty app ! The latest version is simply incredible, with its integrated widget completely linked to the back office of Shopify - we love it! I've gone from 40% to 60% retention rate thanks to Piggy. The team is super responsive to the slightest problem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very complete loyalty application!

We werken al langere tijd met Piggy in de winkels. Maar we wilden het graag ook aan bieden aan onze klanten in de online store. Dit is nu mogelijk met Piggy, klanten kunnen in de winkel en online met dezelfde punten verder sparen. De service vanuit Piggy is heel fijn, ze kunnen alles uitleggen en helpen voor het instellen van de app en de beloningen. Mocht je vragen hebben kan je ze altijd contacten, snelle reacties.

Great loyalty program which has some awesome omnichannel possibilities with this new plugin. We’ve been using Piggy in our physical store for a couple of years now and with this new plugin we have the capability to expand the experience to our webshop. Good support, nice onboarding and an overall great loyalty program!

Geweldige tool voor klantloyaliteit en marketing! Piggy: Loyalty & Marketing heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen! De app is super eenvoudig te installeren en gebruiken. De functies zijn uitgebreid en krachtig, waardoor ik gepersonaliseerde loyaliteitsprogramma's en effectieve marketingcampagnes kan opzetten. Sinds ik Piggy gebruik, zie ik een duidelijke toename in klantloyaliteit en verkoop. Bovendien is hun klantenservice uitstekend - snel en behulpzaam. Een absolute aanrader voor elke Shopify-winkel!

Very happy with this app. We currently have multiple reward functionalities installed at our webshop, which are used daily by our customers. And so far, they love it, resulting in much higher recurring purchase rates, and more new customers via referrals. The customer support services are excellent as well, with a great onboarding. My account was set up quickly, having all relevant widgets installed in a few days. Can recommend everybody.

Piggy is the best app out there to have better engagement with your customers. Support staff is great and quick, all questions where answered promptly. This is helping us create an even more loyal customer database, then we already had! Most importantly, the customers love it! We received so much positive feedback since we announced this program.
