The BEST cohort/ecommerce analysis app out there. Honestly wish that we had found this sooner! Would have saved us so much time. You can tell that their team is truly made up of ecommerce data pros and the app is SO user-friendly. I would consider this an essential app for anyone who owns a Shopify store and wants to know the return on their marketing dollars. Highly recommend!

This app has significantly improved our ability to more deeply understand our sales, costs and KPIs. I love that the app pulls in real costs from ad spends, Shopify fees and that you can easily upload real shipping costs via CSV files. The income statement is a slick dashboard with great graphics that easily allows you to see sales and specific costs at glance and for any chosen time period. The cohort analysis and LTV data has really helped us understand how much we can pay for a client and how long it takes to recover what we spend for each client. The team at Lifetimely is always super helpful and responsive to any questions or problems we have. We use this app daily. It's definitely one of the most useful and easy to use tools we have. This is legimately one of the BEST apps on shopify. Really shows you information on your data. Well worth the investment. If you've been running your store for a bit this app will help you understand your customer value and behavior I'm going to install on all of my shopify stores.

This app has uncovered a wealth of relevant data for optimizing LTV for us. We went from blindly trying to unwind data to a clear, actionable perspective almost overnight. Excellent app functionality to give me the oversight needed when working with 3rd party ad agencies. I was looking for an app that could show me LTV and repeat purchase insights and got way more than just that. I quickly found the tool very useful and upgraded to the top plan. Karri helped walked me through the platform and showed me how to use the tool in new ways which was much appreciated. I highly recommend it for anyone that needs insights for ad spend-related profitability.

Its absolutely incredible that this app is this inexpensive. The insights we get changed the way we look at our customers. Lifetimely came recommended as a solution to understanding LTV. I've come to understand that instead of chasing LTV, which is a tough metric to nail down, you should focus on the lifetime value in a given period amongst specific cohorts of customers, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months. Lifetimely does that, and it does it well! And, it allows you to factor in all of your costs so you can measure true ROI rather than ROAS. The platform is easy to navigate, the knowledge base and videos make it even easier to understand what you're looking at, and their customer support is very helpful. I highly recommend this if you want to understand what your actual customers are worth and even break out the value of customers you acquire from different channels, etc. Fantastic!

This app helps me quickly review cohorts, track LTV, and analyze repeat purchase data. It's extremely flexible and the visualizations are very helpful. Because of Lifetimely, we have the ability to easily filter and parse through data, which is immensely valuable.

Wish I could give this app 100 stars - seriously every store should have it. It saves hours of manual analysis and gives so much more insight. Wish I'd have discovered it years ago. Definitely worth the upgraded price for additional data.
