This is a review for the lifetimely amazon add on (which is as expensive as the shopify plugin). While the shopify Plugin works quite well, the amazon plugin is just buggy. We are in contact with support for months, they promised they fixed it after we canceled the plan and then being right back at buggy land... Would be nice to have your analytics in one place, cause the shopify version works quite well, but I think we are going shopping somewhere else...

STAY AWAY FROM AMP!!! AMP’s strategy is buying great apps with fair pricing and turning them into sh***y apps that they charge an arm and a leg for. You can disregard all previous positive reviews—most of them are from when Karri (the founder) was still running the app. Luckily for him, he sold it (hope it was a good exit), but for merchants, it’s been a catastrophe. We’ve been getting inaccurate data from our Google Ads and Amazon ad spend. Honestly, I can’t trust this app for our daily numbers anymore, and we’ll be switching to another solution. The price isn’t even the main issue. The real problem is the support. I’ve had to open 30 chats and send 10 emails just to get basic issues addressed. Back when Karri ran the app, he had a solo coder from India who was a machine—he’d fix my issues in 5 minutes. Now, it's just bloated bureaucracy. They’ve likely overhired people who have no idea what they’re talking about. They’re asking me for hundreds of screenshots just to even begin looking into a problem. And it’s been 20 days since I first reported the issue—still no resolution. I’m paying them $600/month because of their volume-based pricing (which is a rip-off), and they’re treating me like crap. Under Karri, I was paying $30/month and getting fixes in minutes. I’ve spent more time arguing with them than actually working on my business. I’m done—I’m switching to something else.

Support is very slow, the app does not load the prices and the price is far too expensive. I now have an alternative that covers everything and is much less complicated, without taking hours to get an answer from support. If I pay 150 euros a month, I expect direct live support. During the time the support answered me, I simply switched the app.

App is not working properly when you are using a post purchase upsell, I would be VERY VERY VERY cautious when looking at the numbers as they are not relevant at all. I would also pay attention as their customer service answers superfast just to close the tickets but unfortunately is not going into the detail i wasted 10 days of back and forth

Downgraded my plan during the free trial, but ended up getting charged for the most expensive payment plan. Their weighted LTV is also very inaccurate. I wouldn't recommend using this app considering that they charge money despite us choosing a different plan.

Hi, we appreciate the disappointment here. Charges are done automatically by Shopify when your trial is over and the only thing Lifetimely can do is refund. This refunded was issued 1 day after your account was charged and just a couple of hours after you reached out about it. We also reached out to chat more about and clarify how weighted LTV seemed inaccurate for you but didn't get a reply. Since the app got bought by AMP its value for merchants has fallen significantly, the focus is more on upsells and additional apps rather than getting maximum value for merchants, the app loads much more slowly, and certain features such as benchmarks simply no longer work. In addition, the new prices are extremely high compared to the old ones.

Overpriced for what it is. Very basic and slow. We would recommend using Triple Whale. 100x better. Do not waste your money on Lifetimely.
