I have done my own calculations with some success, but this app is SO comprehensive and best of all, it saves me a ton of time. It gives me a lot more information than I could dig up on my own. Well worth the investment.

Lifetimely is fantastic, saves me hours in excel & looker building pivot tables to analyze cohorts, and brings it into fast loading web interface that even my CEO likes using.

I use Lifetimely because I wanted to know how many months it takes to recoup my ad spend. As so many of you probably do, I tried to calculate this manually at first. But as you will know, this is one big pain (somewhere where the sun...). So, I tried this app, and I am very happy with. I just came out of a call talking about the possibilities with the customer lifetime value, the repurchase rate and so on. I haven't discovered or tried out all the options yet, but after this call, I am totally enabled to get the most out of it. Armando, thanks for giving me the total tour just now. I'm so glad I found this app!! It's a total game changer and has really helped me view my business more clearly. We do cash-based accounting so the P&L feature of Lifetimely helps us view the books on an accrual level. I love the daily reports so I can see our exact profit for each day. The lifetime value feature is incredible. I now know how much I'm getting from each customer and how I need to optimize my sales. The repurchase rate feature helped me build out my email flows so I can better optimize returning customers. Honestly, every feature is incredible and on top of all that you get a call with Karri to help utilize the app to the fullest. I 100% recommend this app to anyone needing better insights into their profitability, LTV and repeat customer rate!!

This is a great app. Lots of data that you can't get from Shopify and very helpful especially if you have a recurring business model like we do. Karri is a great guy as well and super helpful!
