The BEST cohort/ecommerce analysis app out there. Honestly wish that we had found this sooner! Would have saved us so much time. You can tell that their team is truly made up of ecommerce data pros and the app is SO user-friendly. This app has significantly improved our ability to more deeply understand our sales, costs and KPIs. I love that the app pulls in real costs from ad spends, Shopify fees and that you can easily upload real shipping costs via CSV files. The income statement is a slick dashboard with great graphics that easily allows you to see sales and specific costs at glance and for any chosen time period. The cohort analysis and LTV data has really helped us understand how much we can pay for a client and how long it takes to recover what we spend for each client. The team at Lifetimely is always super helpful and responsive to any questions or problems we have. We use this app daily. It's definitely one of the most useful and easy to use tools we have. This app has uncovered a wealth of relevant data for optimizing LTV for us. We went from blindly trying to unwind data to a clear, actionable perspective almost overnight. This app helps me quickly review cohorts, track LTV, and analyze repeat purchase data. It's extremely flexible and the visualizations are very helpful. Because of Lifetimely, we have the ability to easily filter and parse through data, which is immensely valuable.

Wish I could give this app 100 stars - seriously every store should have it. It saves hours of manual analysis and gives so much more insight. Wish I'd have discovered it years ago. Definitely worth the upgraded price for additional data.

This app is everything we needed. We were working too hard to export customer and order information from Shopify, then to manipulate it further in Excel -- both time consuming and frustrating if the results didn't match monthly numbers!! Lifetimely has solved all these problems for us. With a simple API connection to our ad platforms, Shopify, Recharge, and Ship Station... we're able to obtain and interpret data in a MUCH simpler, more meaningful way. Lifetimely provides clear insights into customer value and customer behavior. If you aren't using this, you're missing out on valuable marketing takeaways! $50/mo for pro level is well worth the time we spent manipulating our own data in Excel -- which is now time spent on more strategic marketing initiatives. P.S. Karri from their team was amazing at walking us through the set up and industry benchmarks.

For a long time I was keeping my cost in an excel template and it was a tedious job and it was difficult for me to have everything in order. With this app I am seeing everything in order and I can make better decisions, I would have liked to know her much earlier! This app is a must-have for stores that rely on repeat customer purchases and subscriptions. It's easy to connect the relevent data channels (FB, Google, Shopify etc) and the data is presented in an easy to understand format. I had a run through with the product developer and owner Karrie, who took me through all the different metrics and gave me an analysis of my data, including suggestions on ways to improve. 10/10 for product and service. This is by far my favorite app! It really helped us understand our own business better and it changed the way we look at our marketing costs. With CLV, CAC und profit data we can make much better decisions now. One my my favorite functions is the CAC cashback which tells you how long it takes for your marketings costs to breaks even. With CLV margin we can understand how much we can spend on a new customer. Also you can create custom marketing costs and include these in your CAC which is a huge advantage. Customer support is amazing! I got great help on all my questions and they even fixed issues within a day after I reported them.
