Super useful app! Installed this and booked some time with the founder. He took 45 minutes to run through all of the features of the app, and give us some very helpful pointer. Definitely the best experience I've had overall for any shopify app

This app is a must-have for stores that rely on repeat customer purchases and subscriptions. It's easy to connect the relevent data channels (FB, Google, Shopify etc) and the data is presented in an easy to understand format. I had a run through with the product developer and owner Karrie, who took me through all the different metrics and gave me an analysis of my data, including suggestions on ways to improve. 10/10 for product and service. Highly Recommended!

This is THE APP I have been looking for since starting my business. It is easy to setup, Karri is sensationally helpful, and the app provides THE BEST insights - all in the one spot! A must-have app for all Shopify shop owners. The dashboard is very user-friendly, and the options for adding expenses and custom costs is both versatile and easy to understand. Also, the support is excellent. We submitted a feature enhancement request - which they included in their next release. Highly recommended!

This is by far my favorite app! It really helped us understand our own business better and it changed the way we look at our marketing costs. With CLV, CAC und profit data we can make much better decisions now. One my my favorite functions is the CAC cashback which tells you how long it takes for your marketings costs to breaks even. With CLV margin we can understand how much we can spend on a new customer. Also you can create custom marketing costs and include these in your CAC which is a huge advantage. Customer support is amazing! I got great help on all my questions and they even fixed issues within a day after I reported them.

Growing as an e-commerce business without having the correct and easy to use metrics is hard. Having the correct data to your disposal helps you rationalize your decision making and helps you understand deeply your profitability. As they say, knowing is half the battle and this is exactly what Lifetimely is doing for my store. Very useful LTV app that does a lot of heavy lifting on cohort analysis. Would highly recommend scheduling a walk-through with their team after you subscribe. They gave us a good idea of how to best look at our data, and provide actionable insights.

I have not found any app at this cost that shows full breakdown of P&L + Customer LTV. This is by far the best I have come across and they should be charging more for this! Great deal and great customer service.

Lifetimely is absolutely essential for all serious online stores! What I love most about this application is it shows EXACTLY where my spending is going in relation to the benefit of that spending. I can see which products lead to the highest returning customers, I can see where I am spending unnecessary money, and make changes that improve my LTV and profit! An agency recommended Lifetimely, and I couldn't be happier. Data is of utmost importance to determine your profitability and how much money to spend to acquire a customer. Lifetimely does this excellently without being complicated. The dashboard is easy to navigate and easy to see if you're making the correct decisions in ad spend, especially when it comes to scaling. We have looked at a ton of LTV apps and this was the most user friendly one by far. This helps us analyze our unit economics and inform our investment decisions in a highly educated way. The P&L tool is also great as it helps manage cash flows and make sure our costs are not going off based on a weekly basis. Lastly, the founder is exceptionally helpful with any questions.
