Solid, accessible insight into key business metrics and top class customer service. I've been looking for an application that would allow me to provide real time insight to take quick action on and had tried a number of applications. Most were either too cluttered, inconsistent syncing or cumbersome to interrogate. Lifetimely was streamlined, presents the key numbers but also makes it easy to dig deeper. Very impressed with onboarding and customer support from people who actually have strong knowledge of the commercials of ecommerce vs being focused on tickets and cutting and pasting help docs. After trying 3 other profit dashboards, this tool is by far the best. There was a feature I thought was essential and after speaking to their team they added the feature within weeks. Very happy with this tool! Used it for a long time now but only recently took up the customer success offering from Mitchel and it has been brilliant.

This app holds a treasure of information that is invaluable to every ecom business. It is created clearly by people with a past in and passion for ecom. The data is presented in a very intuitive way, easily understandable for a store owner like me, inexperienced in complex data analysis like this. The take-aways that I have gathered from the different data presentations in the app will definitely benefit the sustainable growth of my business in the future.

Really useful piece of software for my business and Karri at Lifetimely was super helpful with explaining how to view all of the dashboards and very open to input on new analytics to add. We are still a very new brand so looking forward to seeing the anlaytics once we have more data.

Have just started using the software but it has already been very helpful in figuring out on finding where we are able to bring new customers and on analyzing lifetime value of different customer segments. Google analytics integration was a bit slow to start, so you need to wait for couply of hours after the start. Price to value very good software.
