Really cool app to determine the Lifetime Value (LTV) of your customer! I've been wanting to know it for a while and now I do! The app is very easy to navigate, straight forward, and the help menu does a great job. When you sign up, you get a free walk through by the owner, Karri. In addition to explaining the software well, he gave us some great marketing tips too! Thanks Karri! I would highly recommend this app to any category of store.

Unbelievable insight into our business with nearly zero effort. I literally set up the app in-between meetings in less than 5 minutes. And in that time, we revealed critical, accurate LTV metrics that we can trust. This alone will drive, well, our entire business strategy. The value of this app is simply insane. Honestly, Shopify store owners would be downright foolish to not use it. I had the privilege of speaking with one of the founders, Karri. The guy knows his stuff when it comes to scaling online businesses. He was able to share strategies and lessons learned from his past career as well as from what Lifetimely sees across its client base. Point is, it's clear that the app is built with helping businesses succeed at its core. It's not built purely from an "oh, that'd be interesting to see" nerdy perspective—which a lot of business intelligence software suffers from. I appreciate that. I look forward to growing our business alongside Lifetimely and am excited to see how the platform continues to get even better.

Such a great app. extremely easy to install and the call with Karri was incredibly useful. the plug into Facebook and Google ad spend is great as is the LTV view. I can't reccomend enough!

This app is very helpful in understanding cohorts for CLV and also which segments you may want to reach out to reignite purchasing behavior. It is a great tool for sales teams and marketers (and anyone who wants to know more about their business!).

Even better, the co-founder Karri just spent almost an hour on the phone with me showing me the app, giving me great and actionable feedback for how we could use this data to improve our customer journey. The app is pretty robust and gives you a good insight into customer buying habits. The creator of the app is very knowledgable and it sounds like he will be working on adding more features to the app as time goes on. If you are spending any money on advertising through Facebook or Google ads this is a must have app!

Super easy to view cohort analysis of my business, and to see lifecycle of customers. Very easy to export relevant lists of customers in order to target them better for retention or re-engagement. Great customer support too.

Karri and the team are absolutely amazing!! I totally recommend this app! Their customer service is second to none. I sent Karri an email because I/we (my cofounder and I) did not fully understand the reports on the app. Well, to make sure that we knew what was going on, he made us a report unique to our business, took time to do a videoconference call to explain the report, and gave us 1 week upgrade to the premium account for free. I cannot say enough about this amazing app and people.

This app is very well organized with all the information we hoped it would have. We had some questions and the developer got on the phone with us and answered them all. They are even working with us to improve some capabilities! Couldn't be happier with how they have treated us customer support wise. It's great to finally work with an app developer who is willing to improve the app and listen to their customers!
