Love this app and the support behind it! No matter what you are selling, you have to have a good upsell - cross sell type system in place or your leaving money on the table. This one works extremely well once you learn all the tricks. It does do most of it for you. You can just fine tune it to your liking. You can see how we use it at www.letsprintbig.com. Update #2: Brought my review back down to a 2 star review. Their customer service has been great to deal with, and I am very grateful for them. They bring an otherwise 1 star review up to 2. However, the app constantly is still having problems, such as showing items that are supposed to be hidden, failing to show any text in the boxes, making major changes to the layout like adding 5+ extra rows of suggestions without anything being done on our end. The app has been the most inconsistent app we have used on shopify and likely will be switching to another alternative as a result. Update #1: Customer service was very fast, friendly & easy to deal with. While the problem is still not fully understood, we reached a positive conclusion and the app is back up and running. Still removing 1 star due to the error that cost my business a month of missed targeted recommendations without notifying me, but overall happy with the app and how they handled this problem. Original Review: Once installed and running fine, at some point this app simply disconnected from our store, without notifying us. This is the second time this app has stopped working and disconnected without notifying me. For an app that is an important part of our sales funnel, I expect to be notified the instant it becomes inactive, so we can fix it and get it back up and running. Zero notifications of this is unacceptable. The first time it was due to a price change and ceased to work due to needing to confirm a new price point. This is understandable, but I was not made aware that this was going on, and had to fix it 100% on my end. I contacted a customer success wizard who said they would "make sure that this will be done more clearly in the future" but this was not the case today. The current time I am still waiting to hear back from customer support as to why my recommendations are no longer showing up, and trying to fix it on my end.

Amazing experience! It is a pleasure to work with their team, they have helped us integrate plugin into our store, made it look & feel like part of our shop. And after we have migrated to new theme, they have also updated the plugin to match new style. Communication is always quick and professional. Would definitely recommend LimeSpot to anyone. If only every app had the support that LimeSpot does... This is a great tool for your Shopify store. You know what is really great? Their support. They have live agents ready to help you with implementation. I wish every app had the amazing functionality and helpfulness that LimeSpot does.

Great tech support, and super prompt! The app does exactly what its supposed to. Best part is that their charging basis, its very good for starters. Loads very fast as well, retaining the speed of loading time. Giving them full 5 stars as they seem to recommend pretty accurately when it comes to similar items (which it didn't earlier , and they took my feedback and it's visibly changed!). Possibly the best app for any store to get.

Wonderful App! Easy to use and customize. We've been using it for a little while and noticed some growing pains. We see that they are really working hard at getting the app working faster, more stable and at simplifying and streamlining the user interface. Great job! Keep up the great work! Customer support is a real pleasure! We've had the support team work on refining our custom user interface. They were able to customize the layout, colors, font sizes and they even added a small "CA" in front of the "$" to show what currency we are using on our store, by adding custom code for us. The modifications were done promptly and courteously. What a charm! We really enjoy this app for what it does at recommending targeted products to our clients depending on what they look at and the way they surf around our store. The best feature we continuously use is the Analytics Section! It gives us great insight on which products are trending and popular.
